TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
CLX ROTARY PRESS FOR IRONING, SMOOTHING, AND STAMPING
- - This extremely compact machine allows you to realise all the characteristics that distinguish the Rotopress presses in very little space.
- - Cylinders with low volume diathermic oil and forced circulation to reduce cylinder heating and cooling times to a minimum and
obtain perfect and even heating all over the surfaces of the operating cylinde
- - Hydraulic pressure circuit with the possibility of working from 0 (zero) to 150 kg/cm (linear).
- - Operating temperature up to 180°C.
- - Transmission system managed by an inverter suitably dimensioned to operate at up to 25 m/min.
- - This brings exceptional results in terms of quality, even ironing or stamping (if the etched cylinder is used) and quantity.
- - New leather hide feeder system (patented) with a dual antistatic antifold conveyor for perfect ironing of leather hides before
they are fed under the heated cylinder (Rotopress system).
- - Special felt with carbon fibre - synthetic wool blend, high resistance to pressure and heat, high level of resilience and calendered
100% antistatic surfaces (Rotopress exclusive).
- - Possibility to install the cylinder cooling system that allows rapid decrease in temperature.
- - Possibility to mount cylinders of different diameters.
- - Possibility to request the manual heated cylinder change with park trolley.
- - Possibility to request paper transfer system.
- - Possibility to request remote support to verify, update or check failures directly from Rotopress (optional).
- - Possibility to request the vacuum cleaner system with brush mounted on the felt.
- - Possibility to request the hide remover.
- - Possibility to request the metal detector to stop the machine if ferrous materials should be detected on the conveyor belt.
- - Possibility to install a measuring device on the feeder conveyor belt.
- - Rotopress customised its machine to suit the needs and demands of its customers, developing unique features aimed at
increasing the quality of the specific processing operations.
